Schedule / Hours:

• Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Every other weekend is required

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current KY or compact state RN license
• Minimum 2 years recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience
• Proficient with Meditech EMR
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification required
• Willingness to float within scope of practice
• Must reside at least 75 miles from facility
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong adaptability and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Maintain safe, high-quality patient ratios (1:5/1:6)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Float to other units as needed within RN scope of practice
