Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• RN license (current and unencumbered)
• Strong med-surg background with proven assessment skills
• Telemetry rhythm interpretation proficiency
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities
• Dependable, positive, and flexible approach

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients in a 36-bed unit with a 1:6 nurse-patient ratio
• Perform procedures such as PICC line, vas cath, and temp cath removal
• Utilize advanced technology (telemetry, Dynamaps, bladder scanner)
• Maintain exceptional patient experience with hourly rounds and bedside shift reports
• Document all care in Meditech
• Float to other units as needed
