Experienced registered nurses are sought for a contract assignment, focusing on patient monitoring, treatment, and interdisciplinary collaboration using advanced health records systems.

• 7a–7p shifts

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical RN experience, with proven competency in medical-surgical and telemetry care
• Proficient in Cerner electronic health records (EHR) system
• Strong assessment, communication, and delegation abilities
• Commitment to professional ethics and patient safety standards
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced hospital setting

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and implement tailored care plans
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, intervening as needed to ensure patient stability
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols
• Document all care, observations, and responses using Cerner EHR
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff for coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on ongoing treatments and care pathways
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
