Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Pinson, Alabama

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Proficiency in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, develop care plans, and execute physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
