Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Pinson, Alabama

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year experience in a medical-surgical unit

• Proficiency in medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care
• Current BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and remain composed in fast-paced clinical situations

Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse adult population in a Med Surg setting
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment, reporting changes as necessary

• Respond promptly to emergencies, following hospital protocols and best practices
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, conditions, and home care needs

$1,620 - $1,763/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
