Essential Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) unit
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and charting systems
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and compassionate care to diverse med-surg patient populations
