Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid RN license

• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Coordinate care and communication between physicians, patients, and families
• Perform patient teaching and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures
