Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) or general nursing unit
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in documentation and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to work independently and effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• Up-to-date Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, monitoring, and assessment for adult and geriatric populations
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to implement effective care plans
• Document observations, interventions, and patient responses in compliance with facility standards
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately
• Educate patients and their families about care needs and discharge plans
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and participate in emergency interventions

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
