Schedule/Hours:

• Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
• Standard scheduling is 36/48 over a two-week pay period
• Every other weekend required
• Blocked scheduling not available

This opportunity places you at the forefront of medical-surgical and telemetry care, collaborating with diverse clinical teams and honing your expertise in patient-centered care. You’ll work with the Meditech EMR system and benefit from a bi-weekly orientation, setting you up for success from day one.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent med-surg/telemetry experience
• Active Kentucky or compact state RN license
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH Stroke certification required
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Must be willing to float within your scope of practice
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
• Valid driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a 1:5/1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio setting
• Monitor and manage complex patient cases on med/surg and tele units
• Effectively communicate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Flexibly adapt to census-driven changes and occasional floating as needed
• Ensure accurate, timely charting using Meditech EMR
