Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent Med-Surg nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Proficient in collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification a plus
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Schedule/Hours:

• Schedule details will be provided during the interview process and are designed to suit patient care needs and staffing requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement specialized care for adult patients within the Medical-Surgical unit
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions
• Administer medications and treatments safely following facility protocols
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and post-discharge instructions
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians and allied health staff
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records adhering to standards and compliance guidelines
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies consistently
