Medical-Surgical RN in Quincy, MI

Key Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, compassionate direct patient care in a Med Surg setting
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, accurately document interventions
