On assignment, you'll deliver high-quality care on a dynamic Medical-Telemetry floor, collaborating with experienced teams utilizing state-of-the-art practices. Engage with a diverse patient mix and expand your RN expertise through exposure to advanced medical technology, varied disease profiles, and leadership styles, helping you build a standout resume and develop career-advancing clinical judgment.
Schedule/Hours
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 or 48 hours weekly, guaranteed (must be chosen in advance)
- Weekends required per unit standards
- Rotational float to similar units as needed
- Orientation initially on day shift
Qualifications
- Current RN license (eligible in Missouri)
- BLS from AHA required; NIHSS certification (may obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year recent Telemetry experience (inpatient only)
- Proven drug titration skills
- Experience with post-trauma, post-surgical, and medically complex populations
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult and pediatric patients
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold patient rights
