Key Qualifications:

• Unencumbered RN license
• Previous experience in a Med Surg setting preferred
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in EMR systems and charting procedures
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing diverse patient populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans for adult patients
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor for effectiveness or adverse reactions
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other allied health professionals
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions
• Document all care accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic medical record
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols consistently

$2,009 - $2,125/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
