Schedule/Hours:

• 36–40 hours per week; overtime applies after 40 hours

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Active RN license and BLS certification
• At least one year of recent MS (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR is a plus
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills
• Ability to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Apply clinical reasoning to patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Float within the MS discipline across local campuses as needed
• Document using the EPIC system efficiently and accurately
• Act as a resource nurse, charge, or preceptor as assigned
