Schedule/Hours:

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Must reside at least 50 miles from Rockford, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the observation and med-surg/tele unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
