Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license (NC or compact)
• Minimum 18 months’ recent Med/Tele experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency in Epic charting and care technology
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to float within region as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to adults with acute med/tele needs
• Conduct NIH stroke assessments, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and manage cardiac drips
• Perform PIV starts, manage trach care, NGT, drains, tubing, and PCA pumps
• Collaborate with CNAs, charge nurses, and multidisciplinary support staff
• Adapt to patient census and float to other facilities within the region if necessary
