Schedule:
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- 36 or 48 hours/week (your choice)
- Weekend hours as needed
- No call requirements
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license for Missouri (or eligibility)
- BLS certification (AHA)
- NIHSS (can obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year of recent tele experience in an inpatient setting
- Competence with drug titration
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Flexible, determined, and decisive personality
- Professionally compliant with black scrub attire
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care for a broad medical-telemetry population
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient comfort and safety
- Float to other units within the hospital as needed
- Maintain rigorous standards regarding patient privacy, rights, and professional codes of conduct
- Stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist patients regularly
