As part of a dynamic medical-surgical/telemetry team in a Level III Trauma facility, you'll work alongside talented professionals, expanding your clinical expertise and adapting to different workflows, all while managing engaging patient care scenarios.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12-hour shifts, days (7:00a-7:30p)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Active SC or Compact RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent RN MS/Telemetry experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH preferred
• Demonstrated tele competency; previous charge or community hospital experience preferred
• Willingness to float between units as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care on med-surg/telemetry units
• Manage patient ratios of 1:5-6
• Support best practices in documentation using Epic
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain readiness during hurricane season as part of emergency response teams, if needed
