Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Proven experience working in medical-surgical (Med Surg) settings
- Proficiency with patient assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and documentation
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt to rapidly changing patient needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with patients, family members, and multidisciplinary teams
- BLS certification required; additional certifications (such as ACLS) are a plus
- Detail-oriented with commitment to maintaining accurate medical records
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to a diverse adult patient population on the Med Surg unit
- Monitor and record vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and manage complex treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care
- Educate patients and families about conditions, procedures, and post-acute care needs
- Respond effectively to emergencies and acute changes in patient condition
- Support quality improvement and evidence-based nursing initiatives within the unit
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

$2,025 - $2,203/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
