Schedule & Hours:

• Night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required

Role Highlights:

• Care for patients in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry setting on a Medical Cardiology unit
• Interpret telemetry strips and manage cardiac drips as an essential component of patient care
• Deliver post-cath care including management of PCI, ICD, PPM, ablation, TR Bands, and femoral approaches
• Maintain an RN-to-patient ratio of 1:5 (days), 1:6 (nights)
• Collaborate with an experienced team in an environment that encourages ongoing learning and professional growth

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum two years of recent experience in a strong cardiac-focused nursing role
• Proficient in interpreting telemetry strips and administering/monitoring cardiac drips
• Experience with post-cardiac intervention care is essential
• Current and active Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS certification
