Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in California (or compact license, if applicable)
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Med-Surg nursing
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience in diverse patient populations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to Med-Surg patients
