Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele RN experience
• At least 6 months current EPIC charting experience
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, non-titrating cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone), IV starts, wound care, blood product administration
• Willingness to float among Cleveland, Kings Mountain, Lincoln, and Central Division facilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6; possible increase to 1:7-8 during surge staffing
• Deliver hands-on care to a variety of patients, including those with cardiac, respiratory, and neuro diagnoses
• Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care delivery
• Flexibly float to meet regional needs and maintain high standards of patient safety
