Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing settings
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Compassionate and adaptable to fast-paced hospital settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for Med Surg patients
• Monitor patient progress, administer prescribed treatments/medications, and document outcomes
