Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of med-surg nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• BLS certification (must be current)
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to patient safety
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on a medical-surgical unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and intervene appropriately
• Document care, observations, and interventions promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education throughout the course of care
• Support a safe, clean, and positive environment for all patients
