Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active RN license

- BLS certification (must be current)
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to patient safety

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on a medical-surgical unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Document care, observations, and interventions promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education throughout the course of care
