Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg experience required
- Nursing – RN-MS or RN - Med Surg skill set
- BLS certification (current)
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Excellent patient communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult Med Surg patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes

- Document care efficiently and accurately in the electronic health record
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and recovery
