Qualifications & Skills:

• Active RN license
• Minimum hospital experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training (active at start or a course booked by Clinical Orientation)
• Thorough knowledge of nursing standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to deliver age-specific, direct patient care with professionalism and empathy
• Demonstrated ability to assume leadership roles and delegate effectively

• Provide comprehensive, direct patient care across all age groups
• Implement patient care based on the Nursing Process and department guidelines
