A healthcare facility in Trinidad, CA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) care to join their team on a travel assignment. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, medications, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing (RN-MS)
