Travel RN Med Surg | Trinidad, California

A healthcare facility in Trinidad, CA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) care to join their team on a travel assignment. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, medications, and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing (RN-MS)
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize patient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to new environments and travel assignments
