Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Trussville, Alabama

Schedule:

• 7:00am – 7:00pm shifts
• 13-week contract

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (Med Surg) setting
• Proficient with assessment, documentation, medication administration, and progression of care protocols
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing clinical priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide complete, patient-centered nursing care to adult Med Surg patients
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and oversee patient progress
• Administer medications, interventions, and treatments consistent with orders and best practices
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Prioritize safety, patient advocacy, and evidence-based practice at all times
