Schedule:

• 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid and active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of current experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system required
• Solid assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to respond effectively in high-acuity environments and adapt to rapidly changing patient needs
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practices

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry patient populations
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
• Accurately document care activities, interventions, and patient responses in the Cerner system
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to protocols and physician instructions
• Provide patient and family education to support effective self-care and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and best practice standards
