Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) unit
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document all interventions accurately
• Support patients and families by offering education and emotional support throughout hospital stays
• Participate in discharge planning and post-acute care coordination
• Uphold infection control and patient safety standards at all times
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and rapidly changing patient needs

$1,800 - $1,958/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
