Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Twin Lake, MI

Schedule Details:

• Multiple shifts available (nights, days, and mids)
• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Typical shift: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in Med-Surg units as an RN
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient care and documentation
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving clinical setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor and document vital signs, administered medications, and patient responses
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Maintain accurate, timely records using electronic medical records systems
• Uphold all safety and infection control protocols, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
