Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment by utilizing your clinical expertise as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse. Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position, duration as assigned
  • Shifts and hours will be defined by facility needs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting preferred
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification strongly preferred
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced, ever-changing clinical environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a diverse population of adult and geriatric patients
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
  • Monitor and document vital signs, progress, and responses to care
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions
  • Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards in every aspect of care delivery
  • Participate actively in shift hand-offs and interdisciplinary rounds
