Deliver high-quality patient care and make a meaningful impact as a Registered Nurse focused on Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) services. Utilizing your expertise and clinical judgment, you will provide dedicated support to patients with diverse medical conditions, working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent care outcomes during a contract assignment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to rapidly changing situations
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor conditions, responding to changes promptly
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians
• Accurately document all care activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide patient education regarding disease processes, treatment plans, and post-discharge instructions
• Support routine procedures and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
