Medical-Surgical RN in Ukiah, CA

Providing compassionate, coordinated nursing care is essential to supporting positive patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status, collect and analyze pertinent data to identify care priorities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans that promote healing and patient safety
• Coordinate nursing activities and delegate tasks thoughtfully among interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Engage patients and families in education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff, applying professional judgment and leadership discretion
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Acute care nursing experience preferred
• Certifications required: CPR/BLS and ACLS (within six months of hire)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills
