Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to adapt to new settings and rapidly changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population on a busy Med-Surg unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record
• Serve as a resource for patients and their families, providing education and support
