Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients with a primary focus on oncology cases
- Monitor patient progress, recognize changing conditions, and advocate for necessary interventions
- Administer chemotherapy and oncology-specific treatments, monitoring for side effects and responses
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care requirements
- Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare providers, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate charting, medication administration records, and care documentation in compliance with policy and standards
