Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated MS/Med Surg experience in an acute setting
• Proven experience working directly with oncology patients is essential
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communicator with patients, caregivers, and colleagues
• Proficient in EMR documentation and care coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to medical-surgical patients with a primary focus on oncology
• Administer chemotherapy and other oncologic treatments per protocol, closely monitoring for side effects
• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and ancillary staff to coordinate complex care plans
• Educate patients and families about symptom management, treatments, and recovery expectations
• Advocate for patient needs, supporting emotional and physical well-being throughout treatment
• Maintain a safe clinical environment and comply with infection control standards
