Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in medical-surgical settings
- Prior hands-on oncology nursing experience is required
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- BLS certification (current and valid)
- Critical thinking, adaptability, and empathy in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver attentive, high-quality nursing care to oncology and medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage IV infusions, including chemotherapy as permitted by scope and facility protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, interventions, and outcomes
- Uphold infection control and patient safety standards at all times
