Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Warner Robins, Georgia

Provide expert care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical units with a 12-hour evening shift schedule. Schedule and Hours:

• 12-hour evening shifts, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Weekend rotation (6 shifts every 6 weeks)
• Holiday coverage required for about 75% of holidays on average
• Possible floating to Baldwin as needed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in medical-surgical units
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and assist with treatments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotation and call back as necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinical protocols
• Engage in ongoing clinical interview process, including initial screening and final manager approval

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with Medical-Surgical experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
