This travel nursing opportunity delivers valuable exposure to diverse clinical practices and various leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM shifts
- Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Coordinate and communicate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and responses to treatment
- Delegate tasks as appropriate and provide guidance to nursing assistants
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and aftercare
- Promote patient dignity, comfort, and advocacy throughout care
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
- Flexibility and positive attitude towards new environments
