• Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor patient care for diverse medical-surgical and telemetry cases
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement physician orders
• Monitor, interpret, and document vital signs and cardiac telemetry readings
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status or emergencies
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and facilitate patient education
