Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care in a Medical-Surgical (MS) unit
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care and discharge planning
• Document interventions and patient outcomes in accordance with best practices and standards

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Adaptability and a passion for working in new settings
