Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - West Chester, Ohio

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting (RN-MS)
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities

• Current BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to adult medical-surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare personnel for effective care coordination
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Adhere to established protocols, safety policies, and infection control guidelines

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
