Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Proven experience in a Medical-Surgical unit.

• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult Med-Surg patients.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient condition promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on self-care, disease management, and discharge planning.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and safety protocols.
• Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and interdisciplinary meetings.

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
