Schedule & Hours:

• 7:00am to 7:30pm
• 36 hours per week
• Every-other-weekend rotation required

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Prefer capability to manage ED (Emergency Department) patients
• Adaptable and comfortable with varying acuity and inpatient hold ratios
• Strong collaboration and assessment skills
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and provide care for inpatient hold and med-surg patients
• Prioritize patient safety, rapid assessment, and effective interventions
• Manage assignments with fluctuating acuity and ED needs as required
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to deliver the highest standard of care
• Communicate clearly and support both patients and families throughout the care process
