Qualifications:
- Active RN license and credentials meeting current standards
- Recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
- Up-to-date certifications (must be held at time of submission; on-site certification is unavailable)
- Must reside at least 60 miles from job location (travel status requirement)
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care on a Medical-Surgical unit
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans
- Monitor and document patient progress with accuracy and compassion
- Respond to emergent situations and support patients’ families
- Adhere to facility protocols and uphold patient safety at all times
