Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting
• Proficient with EMR documentation and hospital protocols
• Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on the medical-surgical floor
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
• Communicate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records in compliance with facility procedures
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their loved ones
