- BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor patient status, implement physician orders, and adjust care plans as needed
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to facility protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in shift handoffs, interdisciplinary rounds, and ongoing professional development
