Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Previous experience in a NICU setting required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with families and providers
- Adept at responding to rapidly changing patient needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a NICU environment
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and support staff
- Provide educational support and emotional reassurance to families
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning
- Uphold infection control standards and NICU protocols at all times

$1,772 - $1,939/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
