Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform nursing and delegated medical functions per state standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate neonatal nursing care
• Conduct ongoing health status assessments and monitor patient progress
• Provide direct and indirect health counseling, therapy, and education to patients and families
• Execute delegated medical orders and supervise care, as appropriate
• Refer for further evaluation or treatment based on individual needs
• Document all care activities diligently according to hospital and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Support organizational mission, vision, and values, adhering to professional and service standards
• May be required to float to other departments based on organizational needs

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Prior experience in NICU nursing required
• BLS and NRP certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
