Travel NICU Nurse (RN) | Clifton, Colorado

Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado or compact state
• Proven clinical experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
• Excellent assessment, planning, and evaluation skills
• Capable of independent nursing judgment and collaborative teamwork
• Strong communication, patient education, and counseling abilities
• Capability to adapt quickly to new environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver independent and delegated nursing care in accordance with state practice standards
• Assess patient health, develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Provide supportive and restorative therapy and treatment
• Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consult with providers as needed
• Monitor, review, and document therapy and progress according to guidelines
• Float to departments within scope as required; participate in on-call rotations
